This policy outlines our guidelines relating to refunds.
How should you request a refund?
All refund requests must be made via email before you return the item/s to us. Your email should include a detailed reason for your refund request and your customer order number. Please send your refund request email to email@example.com.
Please note that we do not take responsibility for any damages to items or lost items when returned to us for a refund.
Who covers the cost of returning items to us?
If you would like a refund on any item/s, please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We have no obligation to cover the costs of re-packing or returning the goods if you are returning them for a refund.
How quickly should products be returned?
In order to qualify for a full refund, the product/s should be returned to us within 14 days of you receiving them. You will not receive a refund until we have checked and inspected the product/s. The product/s must be sent back in their original state, unused and unopened, with all seals intact and in original packaging if you are to be eligible for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition so that they can be re-sold at full price.
How will you be refunded?
If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be refunded to your credit or debit card, or PayPal account that you used to purchase the item/s.
Why might an item not be eligible for a refund or exchange?
If you purchase health or hygiene products that are fully sealed but they are returned to us with the seal broken or not fully intact, we cannot offer a refund or exchange to you.
If you purchase cosmetic products from us, these are also not eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you do not return the goods to us within 14 days of you receiving them, you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.
What happens if you receive damaged goods?
If you have received damaged goods from us, please send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to explain that your items are damaged. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the damage before a refund can be considered. Please return the damaged goods to us within 14 days of receiving the items, including all labels and packaging. You will then be refunded the full cost of the items including the cost of returning the goods.
